My goal is simple: make notarization easy, convenient, and stress-free. Clear, Upfront Pricing

$10

Per notarized signature

Michigan law sets the maximum notary fee at $10 per notarized signature. All pricing is provided upfront so there are no surprises at your appointment.

Mobile travel fee (per visit):

  • 0–5 miles from Norton Shores: $10
  • 5–10 miles: $15
  • 10–20 miles: $25
  • Over 20 miles: quoted in advance

After-hours & weekend appointments may include a $10–$20 convenience fee depending on time and distance.

Cash and electronic payments are accepted. Please ask about available options when scheduling.

Process

How It Works

Step 1 Contact me by call or text at (231) 212-3255 with your document type, location, and preferred time.
Step 2 I confirm availability, provide a quote including travel fee, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3 Prepare a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and keep your documents unsigned until we meet.
Step 4 I travel to the agreed location, verify identity, witness signatures, and complete your notarization.

What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, or passport) and the documents that need notarization. Many documents must be signed in my presence, so do not sign ahead of time unless instructed.
Can you give legal advice or tell me what to sign?
No. As a notary, I verify identity and witness signatures, but I cannot provide legal advice or tell you which documents you should sign. Please consult an attorney for legal questions.
Do you accept same-day or last-minute requests?
